This hotel is AMAZING! Open the door to your room and see the glorious lake in its glory! Staff is perfect period. Everyone at the hotel is helpful and friendly. We use the hotel electric water pedal catamaran. Which was included in our stay. Walk everywhere from there. We are definitely coming back! One of the best experiences ever. Thank you la reserve Eden

Excellent hotel, very attentive staff. Room was spacious, lovely view of the lake, with a balcony to sit out on & enjoy a drink. Half bottle of champagne and chocolates on arrival in room was a lovely surprise. Both Eden Kitchen & La Muña dinning was of a very high standard.

Stylish, spacious, comfortable room. Great view of the lake. Fantastic location. Very welcoming warm staff, very helpful. Nice welcoming gift delivered to room. Chic hotel and staff. Construction was taking place down the road. Somewhat noisy at times outside. I was shocked at how inside none of the noise could be heard. Inside the hotel I immediately felt relaxed and pleased at the atmosphere. In our room as well could not here any external noise. Surprisingly fantastic. I hated to leave, we were very comfortable in our beautiful room. Lobby warm, elegant design.

It’s mediocre luxury at best. The rooms are the smallest cubicles I’ve seen in my life and facing a wall of a nearby building. I paid over 1100 CHF for a night for what felt at best a prison cell. There was no walking space between wall and bed that I bumped into the TV! When I even asked the receptionist about the rooms and all they were unapologetic. The breakfast was lovely and facing nice views. The only thing redeeming the place is that it’s facing the lake and is greatly located in the walkable part of Zurich.

I can't imagine a better stay in Zurich. We walked, used the tram, or electric scooters to explore many wonderful activities---from a long, publicly accessible lake-shore to the old town to the museum. The staff was kind, helpful and as attentive as one could ask for. We loved the swim pass and basket with towels, flip flops, water and a summer read to grab from the front desk, then pop across the street to jump in the lake. And upon return on a hot summer day? Five or six ice-cream flavors from which to choose at the entrance to the hotel. Big windows, french doors and a deep tub all made for a beautiful room. Thank you....

The hotel is right in the city center by the Zurich lake, this hotel is very meticulous, preparing almost everything in the room to bring more convenience to all people who travel abroad. It's one of my favorite hotel. Good service, Great food and Convenient.

You must stay at this hotel as it is one of the only hotels that caters for all and gives more. I travel a lot and it is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and it simply is amazing !!! Service , food , staff , and facilities are amazing and great location and amazing view of the river. When in Zurich I will always stay here as it is wonderful in every way and they absolutely do everything possible to please clients. Amazing !!!

Wir waren drei Tage in diesem Hotel und hatten einen wunderschönen, luxuriösen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Essen köstlich. Zudem hat man die Möglichkeit im gegenüberliegenden See kostenfrei baden zu können. Einfach top!

Erittäin mukava henkilökunta ja ylipäätänsä kokemus. Hulppeat maisemat järvelle ja bonuksena uimapaikka heti vastapäätä, jonne voi kipaista kylpytakeissa huoneesta. Hotelli panosti meidän viihtyvyyteen; ei kertaakaan tullut sellaista joistakin Helsingin nk. "luksushotelleista" tuttua fiilistä, että asiakkaat ovat pakollinen rasite joita täytyy sietää. Virheetön kokemus kaiken kaikkiaan, ja Zurich tietenkin omaa luokkaansa kaupunkina (Mikkeli tuli mieleen, mutta yksin omaan hyvällä tavalla).
