The beds were small but comfortable. The hotel was clean and staff were very helpful. The hotel is centrally located so it’s very close to the running man sign, lots of restaurants and stores and train stations. Should we every go back to Osaka, we would be happy to stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and the amenities in the lobby were great (massage chairs, skincare products, beverages, etc.). The room itself was very small (as expected for a Japanese economy room) but my big suitcase fit and it had all of the amenities of a standard/bigger room. The location is excellent. Short walk from attractions and subway lines.

Amazing location in dotonbori district just two blocks away from the famous Ebisu bridge. Staff was friendly. Buffet breakfast was fantastic with espresso machine, as well as a mix of western and Japanese dishes. I've stayed twice at this hotel and will stay again.

This hotel is fantastic. In a perfect area, literally walkable to all the cool sights in Dotonbori, it's a very busy & bustling area, so much to see and do. The hotel was clean, rooms were a decent size, we were able to get laundry done. Plus, every day in the lobby from 3-5 they offer free ice cream, free coffee, juice and free booze!! Excellent place!

Great hotel. Amazing location, close to Namba station and main Dotonbori streets. Hotel staff is excellent and accommodates English speakers. There is free beer in the lobby starting at 3 PM, and a breakfast buffet every morning. Highly recommended.

My wife and I stayed here for our HM and could not be happier. The extra amenities were top notch. Free drinks, beer, shochu, instant noodles, and ice cream in the lobby! The location could not be better being in the heart of Dotombori and close to the station. Glico man was only a few blocks away! 11/10 would recommend.

We had a great stay at this property. Close to everything. The room is small but that is expected in any hotels in Osaka or Tokyo. We would definitely stay there again next time we are in Osaka.
