I recently stayed at the Westgate River Ranch Resort & Rodeo and had a wonderful time. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the unique, pet-friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great getaway!

We stayed at the Suite Lodge, and although our room was clean, the accommodations felt somewhat outdated and in need of renovation. We traveled as two families, and our companions, who stayed in room 321, found dead cockroaches and torn bedsheets, which was quite unpleasant. As for the activities, we had a very good experience and really enjoyed everything the resort had to offer. However, I believe more attention should be given to the maintenance and overall condition of the rooms, as this significantly impacts the guest experience. My recommendation is that the resort invest in renovating and improving the accommodations to match the excellent activities and entertainment it offers. For these reasons, I am giving the resort 3 stars.

Great property with so many things to do. Fun for the whole family. We stayed at the lodge. The room was in need of some renovation. The air conditioner in our room did not work well. The bathroom was pretty old. If you turned on the bathroom exhaust fan it sounded like a train screeaching to halt. Overall the room was clean and the rest of the property was lots of fun.

Really great location and lots of fun things. The horse riding and animals were great, but more care needs to be used to maintain the property and more of a sense of urgency with the staff to take care of guests . Lack of staff and things being taken care of.

Great experience!! Lots to do . Unique experiences and many cute animals, Pools, waterpark included plus hot tub, horse riding skeetshoot and more! Our room was spacious for us with a kitchen and patio. Staff were so fun and kind plus very helpful. Will be back! Great family place with lots to do- crafts, activities etc.

I really liked the place, but I had a bad experience—I lost my iPad, and they simply said it wasn't there, even though the last location recorded was still that place. It made me really sad because the staff is generally not very helpful. Overall, it's a good place, and I'd go back if I were more careful.

The cleanliness wasn't the best; there were items left behind by previous guests in the bedsheets, the bathroom wasn't very clean either. The facilities are nicely decorated and well laid out. However, everything is expensive, and you are forced to pay for various activities whether you want to do them or not; for instance, we feel that those of us without children shouldn't have to pay for the water park if we aren't going to use those facilities.Acceptable breakfast, but expensive.

My stay at Westgate River Ranch was absolutely amazing! The property is beautiful, peaceful, and offers a unique experience that combines luxury with the charm of the Florida outdoors. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. There were so many activities to enjoy, from horseback riding and airboat adventures to relaxing under the stars. The atmosphere was perfect for both families and couples looking to disconnect from the busy city and enjoy nature without sacrificing comfort. One of the highlights was the stunning scenery and the unforgettable ranch experience. Everything was organized, clean, and exceeded my expectations. We stayed in the glamping area and it was a unique experience. Our tent was big and very comfortable. My kids loved camping with style. The service, the activities were amazing. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the lack of activities or open restaurants/bar on Sunday night, Friday and Saturday are well worth the experience.
