This was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at. We arrived early and staff had a room ready for us and let us go up. Anything we needed was attended to quickly and politely. I can’t say enough nice things! The room was clean and was cleaned daily and everything in the room was very nice.

Like I’ve said for other ‘Hyatt’ Seattle locations, I’m not a world traveler or big money, but this is a swanky place. You’re literally downtown, 3-4 blocks from Pike Place. I rarely use all the amenities of these places, blame my childhood(ha-ha). But they’ve got Top Golf on a floor. Bar is nice, quality restaurant. There’s a lemon tree in the lobby, the smell! Really great housekeeping! Valet service was so quick. I think they label the view each room has and if it doesn’t I imagine you end up looking across an ally into another building like I did. Not the end of the world, just would’ve been the sprinkles on the sundae. Wonderful experience, I’ll definitely stay here in the future.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Angel at the front desk who accommodated our early check in. Took advantage of the complimentary wine hour. We used the valet service and requested the EV charger. Unfortunately the car didn't get much charge overnight so it would be really nice if the hotel upgraded their chargers. Everything was really lovely.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were nice and very helpful. The location of this hotel was so convenient to places we wanted to go. Our room was very clean and it has two big closets and lots of drawers to put and organize our stuff.
