We had an amazing time its beautiful there, my only issue was its not beach front, I think at some point it was but they have transportation at all times to take you to the beach which was great and the beach was absolutely beatuiful,Some of the restaurant staff were not very nice, but again there are so many places to go to eat it didn't ruin the vacation.

Workers were very friendly and helpful from maintenance to bartenders and waiters. Tram service was very very slow , and property has no benches to wait for those trams at the buildings making it difficult for handicapped folks or folks that have trouble walking.

The staff was wonderful, friendly, and very helpful! Our room was nice and when they say ocean front, it’s actually ocean front. Open the sliding glass doors and the ocean is right there! Food was excellent, especially the eclairs at the barista. Would highly recommend this resort to spend your vacation!
