I love the location the most. There were a lot to do around the hotel walking distance. Getting around the area was very easy with a bus and metro stop right in front of the hotel. The staff is very helpful and did their best to answer all my questions. Some agent spoke English not all.

The staff spoke English and were very helpful. The hotel is in a great location. It’s in Asakusa but just outside the madness. Kappabashi is around the corner, Ueno station/park is walkable. An easy walk to the Sumida River. Just outside the entrance are a great cafe, bakery, Izakaya, and a yakitori stand!

The bed was very comfortable. I had a 9 day stay and was able to sleep well which was something I was concerned about especially as a plus size woman. Although the room was small it was spacious for Japan standards. Bathroom was also a good size and easy to maneuver.

It is a good hotel to stay for a night or two in Asakusa, the location is very good being close to the Senso-ji temble and Ueno market district/park. I you want to see Asakusa this is a good spot for staying the night and store your luggage. Don't expect any luxury, the room is small but not super small. It is enough to feel comfortable. Staff was helpfull with check-in and english only speakers don't need to be afraid, staff can help you in english aswell. 3/5 Hotel for sleeping, not for enjoying luxury. Price is standard. Would stay again for wisitting Asakusa.

Lobby has only one chair, elevator takes awhile, just bread and coffee fo breakfast and it takes them awhile to serve it-not worth paying for breakfast. Rooms are very small. Location is great.
