The staff were always very helpful and welcoming. The hotel was maintained very well(clean and beautiful) The atmosphere was very relaxing and luxurious. The food and the afternoon tea were also great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is beautiful with great amenities Reception staff is so courteous and kind. I was offered late check out as my flight departed late at night. There’s free ferry transfer to Icon Siam shopping centre. All the staff that I met were very attentive and helpful.

Hotel by design is one of the best I have ever seen and I am constantly staying in top class hotels. Staff and services are out of this world. They treated us as a royalty, provided with private checkin, and due to sickness of a child they prepared all the special food we asked. This hotel deserves the highest reccomendations.
