The property, staff and customer service was outstanding! The staff was so helpful and friendly and ensured we had a great experience. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable and nice and cool even in the heat. The check-in/ out process was so easy and made the most of our time. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a short but amazing experience staying at Palazzo Manfredi. We drove to the front door of the hotel left our rental there and staff took care of the rest. Check-in was VIP style and we certainly felt pampered. We were a bit early for check-in but were able to leave our luggage and get some lunch. Big shoutout to our amazing receptionist Ivan! What a great guy, professional, friendly, detail-oriented! Gave us great recommendations for seeing Rome, suggested not-so-touristy places for lunch and breakfast, and confirmed our dinner reservations with Aroma. We really enjoyed it

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Absolutely Exceptional Stay! This is hands down one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! While the hotel itself was wonderful, what truly made our experience extraordinary was the staff. Every single person went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. From making dinner reservations and arranging transportation to accommodating our every need, the level of service was simply unmatched. I’ve stayed at many hotels where one or two employees stood out because of their exceptional service, but I have never experienced an entire team that consistently delivered this level of hospitality. Every single member of the staff was amazing! Everyone was welcoming, attentive, professional, and genuinely eager to help. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so valued and cared for from the moment you arrive. The staff truly made us feel special and took our stay to another level. This experience has set the bar incredibly high for future hotel stays! I cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you’re looking for a place that combines a wonderful stay with truly exceptional hospitality, look no further. I would absolutely stay here again! ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Manfredi. The suite was exceptionally spacious and comfortable for our family of four, giving everyone plenty of room to relax after a day of sightseeing. The location couldn’t have been better—right next to the Colosseum, making it incredibly convenient to explore Rome’s historic sites. We also appreciated how well the air conditioning worked, especially during the extreme heat wave. Coming back to a cool, comfortable room after spending time outside made a huge difference. The combination of the spacious accommodations, unbeatable location, and excellent climate control made this a fantastic place to stay. We would happily return on our next trip to Rome.

Absolutely loved this property. The location was perfect, room was spacious and comfortable. We loved ending our evenings in the court with a view of the Colosseum. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved that it is a smaller property and felt cozy and like home.
