Really enjoyed our stay here! The room was very spacious and offered excellent value for money. The location was ideal—central and easily walkable into the heart of York, which made exploring the city a breeze. Breakfast is always amazing and lovely lady who seems to work every day shows you to a table . Tea and coffee made to order . The grand is having the spa renovated at present and there’s some disruption . The shower in my room smelt very stale and the room wasn’t ready at 3 pm check in . I love York and I know the Grand will resume normal service for next time .
