Great experience. Great rooms, service and staff. Jayda was especially helpful and friendly throughout my check in process and anytime I needed assistance. She showed a great attitude and enthusiasm while assisting me making my stay there even more enjoyable.

This hotel was so nice. Everything was pristine clean, the breakfast was delicious, the staff was helpful and it smelled absolutely amazing. My room was great. I ended up extending my stay one more day. The front desk staff was so helpful. If I’m ever in Houston again this will be my choice hotel.

I will definitely stay here again when I visit Houston. My room was so nice and clean. I was very impressed with the kitchen area that has a regular size refrigerator, along with a stovetop and kitchen appliances. The 1 bedroom suite itself was very spacious. Breakfast was great as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely 5 stars

Perfect place to stay for a short walk to watch the Astros. My kids appreciated the sofa in the bedroom so they didn’t have to share a bed. One of the better hotel stays I’ve had recently. Parking was expensive, but that was to be expected. We will definitely be back to stay at this property.

This hotel is brand new. Breakfast was great! There were plenty of options available for breakfast. Weekend bartender was great and great Customer Service. They have specials for food and beveages. Nighttime hotel Manager made sure to check on all guests and made sure they were doing okay. He was also very personable. Room and hotel stayed clean. Parking available at the hotel. Friendly staff. No complaints.

I was in this hotel , first my reservation check in was late , I was upset because it was around 6 pm and they weren’t giving me the room and I wasn’t the only one , at the en they gave me two free drinks and I appreciated but still I believe they have to get rooms ready at the time . Arrived at 4:00 p.m., as we know check-in is at 4:00. Was informed that no rooms were available and we would have to wait. No wait time given because they didn't know when a room would be available. We had Astros game to go to and wanted to be there by 4:30 because they were giving away Carlos Correa bobbleheads and our two grand daughters wanted one. This was their first Astros game and were really excited. We didn't get to freshen and change to make it to Daikin park as early as we wanted. We didn't get the bobbleheads and we didn't have a room. I received a text around 6:30 p.m. that our room was ready. Of course we are at the game, so now we also messed our plans of taking the girls swimming in the pool because we had to check-in, get our luggage that was somewhere in a hopefully secure area. But that took time, so girls didn't get to go swimming. Family of four and only 2 bath towels, the other towels are wash cloths and hand towels. Not a happy weekend for us.
