Beautiful hotel with historic background. Great location. We had to extend our stay due to flight cancellations because of a passing typhoon the front desk staff were very helpful.
I have long wanted to stay in this historic property. It is beautiful and well-situated in the city. Opulent yet tasteful, this luxurious property has stood the test of time. Wonderful!
Staff is amazing, comfortable bed and great shower pressure, my top 3 requirements for a hotel. So close to restaurants and shopping yet incredibly quiet. A welcoming retreat after the hustle and bustle or sightseeing all day.
We had a wonderful stay at the Imperial Hotel Tokyo. The hotel is spotless, elegant and very comfortable, and the staff were attentive and helpful throughout our visit. The only tiny thing: we asked for half and half for our coffee and it never made it to us, but with everything else so lovely, it was easy to forgive! The service is warm and polished, exactly what you hope for in a classic Tokyo hotel. We would happily stay again and highly recommend it.
The experience was amazing … breakfast buffet was over the top, service was incredible, staff were keen to always be helping … the experience was outstanding.
