They accommodated my early check-in, and when there was an issue with the plumbing in my room, they immediately got it fixed and later sent a handwritten letter and a fruit tray as an apology not to mention the hotel itself was just absolutely beautiful. The food was amazing. Everything was so clean. Anyone who talks poorly about this hotel is lying.
