We had an amazing room with a good view (not the best room at the hotel but it was a pleasant surprise). The room was fantastic with the largest king bed I have ever seen with great blackout curtains. The pool, the staff, the restaurants, the bar, everything was amazing. We will definitely visit this place again.

Lovely view of pool from my spacious room. Food around the pool though was very ordinary! They bring food from the kitchen wrapped in plastic and this makes the food soft and less palatable as the batter is soggy. Need a metal lid to keep food hot, not plastic wrap. Lovely staff at the pool bar and my room was spotless every day. Great room cleaner. Will definitely stay again.

We booked a premium room with ocean view. The room was very spacious! Bathroom had 2 sinks which was really nice! Patio was a good size and we were able to see the ocean; unfortunately we were on the opposite side therefore could not see the pool area as well. We overlooked a large construction site. Location is excellent allowing easy walking to various places! Wonderful hotel!

Staff everywhere was wonderful!! The pool, beach- the view was fabulous. Go to the roof top bar!!! The executive level is wonderful to have- the staff there treated me like a queen! So polite and nice! From breakfast to high tea to nightly happy hour. Thank you so much! The location is also great for walking around and going to the caves. Nothing is far away!!!
