The staff were generally very helpful and polite. The rooftop bar was lovely and you see some great views. The hotel was clean and tidy. The hotel is in a good location with a range of bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. There is a metro station a short walk away too.

This is a great hotel for families. Our room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff were very helpful to share local restaurants in walking distance. The restaurant by the pool could use better attention and the gentleman who works the outdoor eatery could be more patient and kind. Overall, we had a clean, quiet and comfortable experience.

The location is good , close to the tram and a beautiful park . It’s like 15 minutes from the promenade . The gym is small and most of the equipment was broken . Reception area was nice but the chairs were stained . The staff was really nice . The pool was great and the view is beautiful

Fantastic location, right on the Tram stop . Only 5 minutes to old Nice. Amenities and staff were amazing and pleasant and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. I have visited Nice many times, and this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would recommend it.

In general NH is a great hotel. Friendly staff, clean, excellent breakfast, lovely rooftop bar/restaurant & pool. Plus the location is ideal for exploring Nice & surrounding area. My only complaints are the bar was ridiculously expensive (eg. €13.50 for 50cl draught beer; €8 for a coke) - during our trip we went to Monte Carlo & the drinks prices at Cafe de Paris were comparable! Also, the room was a bit tired in places. Dodgy paint touch ups & a plug socket hanging out the wall, which took the shine off an otherwise really nice space.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptionally welcoming, professional, and always eager to help with local recommendations. Highlights of our stay: Comfortable & Clean: The room was spacious, spotless, and featured extremely comfortable bedding. We slept soundly every night. Rooftop Terrace: The rooftop pool and bar area offer fantastic views of the city—it was the perfect spot to unwind with a drink after a day of exploring. Great Breakfast: The breakfast buffet had an amazing variety of fresh options, from pastries and fruit to hot cooked items. Convenient Location: It’s located in a great spot—just a short tram ride or a pleasant walk into the Promenade des Anglais and Old Town (Vieux Nice), making sight-seeing effortless.

2 nights in mid June. The rooftop pool and hottub with views !!!!and food up there too . Staff was very polite and helpful felt like high end hotel . First night we needed a fan they didn't have one but next day they got one and put it in our room waiting for us. .by port if your going on a tour by water and want to be by port ! By beaches and everything too ! Good size rooms not cramped like some European rooms ..!!

The room was dirty and worned down. We were promised a connected room, but they couldn´t offer it when we arrived. We booked the hotel because they had a gym, but it was really small and had broken equiopment. Opening hours were also limited; 09-21, so our planned workout sessions at 0800 were cancelled. If you skipped cleaning one day, you were awarded with a voucher for any softdrink. That was nice. They had a nice pool and area around. Very nice loaction with a short walk to the city. There is a parkinggarage next door, so easy if you have a rental car.

Great hotel. Perfect location for visiting the city. Reception staff were great, very helpful and spoke good English. Room was ok, could have been a little cleaner. Bed was a bit hard but ok. Would use it again.
