"We chose The Market Tavern because of it's location - it is in the same village where our son, daughter-in-law and new grandson live and we were visiting. The whole property has been tastefully renovated and is lovely. We had eaten in the pub before but not stayed. Bampton is a quaint village with plenty of amenities and is well placed for visiting lots of interesting places. Breakfast was good with cold and cooked choices. Staff were friendly and attentive. We would stay again "
