The hotel was comfortable and clean. Location was great and right in front of ginza subway line and near the tokyo station. I really appreciated the self service laudry machines they had, came in handy after traveling for a bit.
Great hotel that was clean and had super helpful staff. It is right at the door of the Kyobashi metro station (exit6) which was extremely convenient and a ten minute walk to Tokyo station for more access (JR lines, Shinkansen, etc). Hotel was quiet, room was decently sized, individual temp control. We stayed in a double room that had a queen bed which was perfect for us. Nice bonus, the room had a massage chair. Staff assisted with luggage forwarding. Would definitely stay here again.
Prime Location: The location couldn't be better. It is located right next to a 7-Eleven for quick snacks and essentials, and the entrance to the Ginza station across the way makes getting around super convenient.
In-Room Comforts: Having a private massage chair right in the room was an absolute game-changer for soothing tired legs and feet after a long day of walking.
Spotless & Welcoming: The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff were warm, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire stay.
Room was spacious and clean. Walking distance to Tokyo station to catch Shinkansen, very convenient. Ginza line Metro is a minute from hotel. Staff were helpful and no communication issues.
Nice and clean. Liked the various options of doormagnets showing the level of cleaning desired. Some days we wanted no entry to our room, just clean towels. There was a door magnet for that and they hung a bag on outer door knob forthem
Excellent location, next to subway Ginza line and to Tokyo station, walking distance to Ginza shopping malls, restaurants, clean rooms , perfect place to stay in Tokyo.

A typical downtown Japanese hotel, good location, basic amenities, clean and functional. Room is small, use for two people a bit challenging. Laundry great.
We enjoyed our stay. There is a stairwell down to a train station that is right in front of the hotel and the train line is the Ginza line which can take you to very popular neighborhoods in Tokyo. The area around the hotel was upscale and it's about an 8 minute walk to Tokyo station. We loved the massage chair in the room! Only negative for us was that we could hear other people above us in their room being noisy and banging around two different nights. Not the hotel's fault, but for that reason it was the least quiet of the 5 hotels we stayed in during our trip.
