The room was nice and clean. The bedding was light, but the room wasn't too cold. The cosmetics weren't super effective, but that's expected from hotel cosmetics. The bed was very comfortable, the wifi worked great, and everything was well prepared.

Front desk staff were all great: courteous, helpful. The room was a little disappointing. Some nice touches, but overall a little tired and shabby. Bed was decent, nothing fancy. But it was only a double size, not a queen-size bed as advertised.

The suite was clean and nice. Bed was comfy. The surroundings were safe and quiet. Price is very reasonable and the IAD airport is just about 10-15 mins max. Would recommend.

Nothing like the renovated photos, but overall OK

Nothing like the photos. Has not yet been renovated. However, good location and decent price for an extended 10-day stay. They were painting the exterior areas throughout the stay, however, was not too much of a disruption. TV stopped working, but they replaced it the same afternoon. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel staff was very friendly and patient. However, the property itself requires some work. There was no hot water to shower with, the water was lukewarm, nor was it any hot water to do laundry.

Staff is friendly, respectful and responsive. But room is very basic and most of the stuff is broken like power sockets, cabinet doors. Some lights didn’t work. Even though it’s non-smoking, full of smoke smell and people are smoking and drinking in the common area.
