Stayed here for a few days. Staff was great and upgraded my room for my birthday and sent me a bottle of wine and macarons. Very sweet! Room was clean and comfortable. Slept well. Spa was relaxing and pool was clean and good service. Recommend for a relaxing stay!

Absolutely stunning experience at The Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes in Orlando! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like royalty with their warm welcome and impeccable service. The property is beautifully landscaped, creating a serene oasis that feels a world away from all the hustle and bustle of Orlando tourism. The only significant thing I noticed was a front office clerk that was rude to his co workers and to myself when I asked for change for staff gratuity. Princess couldn’t be bothered.

Gorgeous expansive property that has just about every amenity you could want. It shares property with the JW Marriott which has a huge pool with a lazy river. So relaxing!

Stayed for the President’s Day weekend and it was amazing! Hotel staff has top notch service & cleanliness. Go see concierge Sydney S. for reservations on & off property and recommendations. She’s the best! Hotel puts on a great fireworks show right in front of the pool area. Definitely would recommend this location!

Hotel review

It’s a very expensive hotel so if you’re on a budget I would avoid. In the coffee shop on site they were asking $18 for a cup of fruit. 😱 I think the hotel for a 5 star is too big. You wait on busy nights too long in the bar / around the pool to even get served etc but overall the facilities are class and all the staff are too. There was only one time around the pool where I asked if we could move an umbrella and the guy turned round and said yes and walked off….. Thanks for your help! The hotel is spotless and the rooms are beautiful. Fireworks on a Saturday night are epic and out of this world! Overall great trip and great hotel and I would go back.
