I enjoyed my stay from beginning to end. The beds were so comfortable. The front desk staff were so courteous. If you are visiting the State of NC this is definitely a Hotel I would recommend you frequent.

Hotel was sold out. We were placed in a horrible handicap room. Bathroom vanity was so small, no room for us. Single mirror. No mirror in main room - do they think handicap people do not like to see how they look? My husband and I are Marriott reward members. It was very difficult for two people to share that room. Also, hotel doesn't even set up complimentary coffee/tea. No complimentary breakfast either. This was my last stay at a Marriott Courtyard.

This looks like an older style hotel they converted over. The outside is older paint and outdated, but when you walk in it’s what you would expect. The check in and out were as easy as could be with friendly staff. The beds were extremely comfortable. The room itself, smaller, and again they tried to update it to something new, and did an “ok” job. Small bathroom, but the water pressure and heat in there was awesome. You definitely pay for location over value in my eyes, nothing terrible, but for the price it is what it is for a Raleigh downtown location.
