Lovely, warm person at the desk. The room was in bad shape, including curtains that were not quite wide enough to cover the window (and there was a very bright security light above the window), drawers that were not able to keep closed, and, most frustratingly, a broken bathroom door. It was split lengthwise down from the knob, which was lolling in its spot. We could not fully close that door. Bathroom had only soap, but we were able to get shampoo at the desk.

Hotels . Com hid all of the bad reviews and the place is a dump that I wouldn’t go to if I was homeless then refused any refunds.
