The property is in a good position and i have stayed here before. This time unfortunately it is going in the wrong direction. Outside not clean rubbish around the pool area garden still there after our 3 night stay and we struggled for service around the pool area. The room i must say was good nice and clean. Hopefully this hotel can get back on track

Booked an apartment and when we turned up it was a disgrace. As soon as you enter the building it smells of mould. The roof was dripping, the chairs were covered in mould. No one can stay in such a bad place. It's an absolute shame that you even let something like this be offered to your customers. It's a health issue. For a supposed 5 star hotel this is embarrassing. The staff were okay as they moved us to the new part of the building with better rooms but the whole experience was ruined anyway. Even the new hotel rooms were too noisy. There is a club downstairs that plays music all night long so we had to move rooms again but even the new rooms you can hear the noise from the lobby so I couldn't sleep properly a single day there. We had an accessible room since I have a disabled brother but the shower is not really useful. There is no hand sprayer only a rainfall head so you can't even have a shower properly there. The staff is nice though. The only positive I can give.

Hotel is beautiful and situated very well, in walking distance to Burj and surrouding areas. Breakfast was amazing! Service was very good. No complaints except housekeeping should check dispensers to see if soap & lotion are running out. Besides that, the stay was very comfortable.
