My hotel stay was nice. All of the front desk staff were friendly, except for one young lady who I wasn’t that impressed with. The room was clean. Housekeeping missed cleaning my room one day, but were great the rest of the week. I was pleased that it really was close to the beach since this was my first time in Gulf Shores. I would stay here again. I will definitely return next year!!

I definitely will be back.. Staff was friendly and nice.. This place was convenient and close to everything. I enjoy the free breakfast, laundry and the different amenities that offer! This is my 1st choice from now on when I visit orange beach. The room was awesome and came with everything you need for a trip.

The staff was nice except on the last night of our 7 day stay we ask for a roll of toilet tissue which we never received. The rooms were clean. The only problem We had were the quests above. They were very noisy from around 6:30 in the am until around 4:00 am at night. They were constantly running, jumping, slamming doors etc. The only quiet time was the few hours when they left during the day. This happened every day we were there.Other than that the Hotel was great.

This property was great! The room comes with plates, bowls, silverware, pots and pans, glassware. Everything you need! Ice maker in the fridge! Complementary bags of ice for your cooler! The bed is the softest I have ever slept on. You just melt right into it! The breakfast boasted of sausage links, scrambled eggs, toast, muffins, waffles, bagels, oatmeal, fresh fruit, various juices, soft drink fountain, and coffee! We will absolutely stay there again. I give them a big 10!!!!
