Breakfast had good options yogurt, fruit, eggs and meat. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property itself is in need of a refresh-furniture in our room was worn, dresser drawer was broken but repaired by a maintenance man when we asked.

The two-bedroom suite was bigger than I had expected, and it gave us the space that we needed for the stay. The pool/jacuzzi is not advertised on the site but was an excellent added touch and of course breakfast was a hit. I also want to add that Keisha was very helpful and professional. When/If I come back to the area this will definitely be my go-to. There are also various restaurants and shops in the area.

The property overall is well maintained. the daytime Front Desk agent was very pleasant very professional . When checking in she checked me into a room that was not ready. Because she was so nice and polite. I did not say anything. I decided to go out for a couple of hours thinking that the room would be prepared when I got back when I arrive back 5 1/2 hours later, the room still was still not ready. Went to speak to the Front Desk agent in the evening. He did not apologize , no empathy & He did not seem shocked. He just made a new key gave me a new room and sent me on my way with no conversation. The room was very nice. I would stay again. Breakfast was also good. I would just recommend a in-service on customer service when errors are made.

The place was clean, people were nice and food was good. My problem was the toilet in my room. It didn’t always work & we weren’t given a new room because there were none clean, the staff told us. We’re senior citizens and our room was on the 4th floor. Staff told us we could use the public restrooms, located on the first floor, while they tried to fix the problem. They tried but It was never fixed. I wrote to the manager & assistant manager but never heard back from them. No recognition or apologies. We WON’T BOOK THEM AGAIN!!!

I like their trio room a lot. One room had two queen size beds and a bathroom. The other side was a room with a king size bed with its own bathroom too. In the middle was a small kitchen and living room with a couch and tv. It was perfect for my stay. The suite has an indoor pool and a Jacuzzi. I enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend it. I would recommend they upgrade the couch in the living room, because it was too hard to seat on. Add a little more to the room too like some art, design, or something small to elevate the room. They have handicap rooms, which i thought was precious. The whole place is handicap friendly, and family friendly too.

We had a 2 bedroom suite reserved. When we arrived we were given a one bedroom so had to get that fixed. Room was clean but a bit run down. Ripped and fraying upholstery and a missing drain were evident. When we had issues in the evenings there was rarely a staff person available as they were doing other tasks in the hotel. The hallways had no air conditioning but the rooms were comfortable. The beds and pillows were good and the location was also close to highways and shopping.

It was a nice environment and good clean room. However, the sofa in our room was sunkin in and needed replacing. Also, the toilet needed to be flushed multiple times in order to let even the smallest piece of toilet paper down the drain. Other than that, the room was great. Lastly, the people who stayed before us had left party balloons behind the curtains. Would have expthat to be found when the staff cleaned the room before we got it.
