Amazing property and amazing staff! Having worked in the hotel industry for about 13 years across three different countries, I know high-quality service when I see it. The location of the hotel is perfect, offering great transportation connections to major attractions and placing you within walking distance of several shopping and dining areas. Considering Tokyo prices, it offers excellent value for money. Finally, the staff is truly outstanding; incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They continuously made an effort with foreign guests despite the language barrier, while radiating genuine happiness and enjoyment in their work. In hospitality, that positive energy makes all the difference in delivering a great guest experience, so well done to the whole team! I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. :)

Sotetsu Fresa Inn Hamamatsucho Daimon is conveniently located away from the super touristy areas but since it is located near Daimon station it is a quick train ride to wherever you wan to go. The hotel is clean and the staff are top notch. I got the breakfast in the hotel which was a great way to start the day.

A small but excellent hotel. The staff was helpful, kind, and patient with our language barrier. The hotel was in a quiet neighbourhood, that was a short walk to the train stations to get back into the bustle of downtown Tokyo. Nearby was a beautiful temple district. The breakfast room was comfortable, the food was fresh and delicious, and we enjoyed meeting other travelers while enjoying our breakfast every morning.

The hotel is in a very convenient area to go around and has easy transit from/to the Haneda Airport. The staff are friendly and assertive, and the room was clean and easy to use. This is a "business hotel" and therefore I only used the room for sleeping, so the size of the room was perfect.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was reasonably priced and ample. The location although a little further than the other Soestsu Fresa in the area is a little longer walk the area is very convenient.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room very small (but knew already while booking) but clean and hot everything you need for a couple of nights. Breakfast was very tasty with a great selection. Location in a very quiet area and also good connected to public transport and also haneda airport to reach within 30min by monorail or subway. I would come back!
