We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Excellent location, close to two major pedestrian streets and the large market area. Outstanding breakfast buffet. Rooms were typically smaller, as common in Europe, and lacked sitting - no chair/couch or similar, and no counter space at all in bathroom.

Great breakfast buffet with lots of variety, including fruits, bread, juice, cheese, smoked salmon… the staff at the front was helpful too. We asked them how to get to Portavenere and they offered much help on that. It turned out a great escape for peace.

I loved the artsy feel to the hotel! We came back from an after-dinner walk, only to find the words to John Lennon's song Imagine, in neon across the front of hotel! So cute and quirky it made me smile. Also, the breakfast was a great combination of things, and admin staff was always pleasant. Very clean, and it was close enough to the train station that we could walk to the hotel upon arrival. Highly recommend!
