Cliffside calm above the Aegean

Six Senses Kaplankaya channels a barefoot-luxury mood, where sleek stone lines and earthy interiors keep attention on the coast. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame sea and countryside, while textured touches like timber floors and wooden key fobs make the spaces feel grounded. When it is time to exhale, the hydrothermal circuit brings crystal steam, Finnish sauna, and heated loungers into the day’s rhythm.

What’s not to love about the Six Senses in Kaplankaya. From the moment you arrive the staff do everything in their power to make your stay as pleasant as possible and to accommodate your every wish. The service, rooms, food quality and the facilities are all exceptional. The farm to table, sustainability ethos and attention to detail is evident throughout the resort. We felt the sincerity in dealing with all the restaurant, beach and spa attendants but special mention to James, Mustafa, Ahmet, Emel and Taha who all went above and beyond.

Six Senses Kaplankaya is a beautiful resort in an incredible location, with amazing amenities. Everything is very clean and well maintained, the rooms are lovely, and the concierge staff are wonderful and incredibly attentive. The spa is huge and very relaxing, but the reception area and room corridors felt a little large and devoid of soul. Otherwise, the resort itself is fantastic — the multiple beaches are pristine and the scenery is stunning. Our main disappointment was the food and restaurant service. The prices are high for the standard, and the service was inconsistent. On four of our five dinners, something was forgotten — either part of our meal or, on one occasion, our order wasn’t taken at all. For a resort of this standard, that was quite surprising. The Japanese restaurant was the exception. The food and service were both excellent. Overall, a beautiful place with fantastic facilities, but the dining experience needs some improvement to match the standard of the resort.

Our stay at Six Senses Kaplankaya was simply unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and cared for. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to create an atmosphere of peace, comfort, and genuine hospitality. The beauty of the property is breathtaking, but what truly sets Six Senses apart is the incredible team behind the experience. Every interaction was warm, kind, and authentic. The service was impeccable—always attentive, yet natural and effortless. We truly felt at home while enjoying one of the most beautiful places we have ever visited. The restaurants, the wellness experience, the facilities, the beach, the spa, and every corner of the resort exceeded our expectations. It is rare to find a place where luxury feels so genuine, relaxed, and deeply connected to nature. This trip was especially meaningful for us because we had just gotten engaged, and ending this unforgettable journey at Six Senses made everything even more special. These are memories we will cherish for the rest of our lives. Thank you to every member of the team for your kindness, professionalism, and heartfelt care. You made our stay truly extraordinary. We are already looking forward to coming back. Until next time, Six Senses!
