Breakfast buffet was delicious. Staff very kind. Shout out to Brandon from Pittsburgh for making us feel right at home. The room was nice and clean. The lodge location was perfect for seeing all the highlights of the park.

terrific location right in the park. It's one of the few places where the guided tour I wanted would pick up and drop off, no need to try and find a parking space. the vegetable curry for dinner was wonderful. I happened to sit next to a couple in the airport who had stayed there and they also raved about the curry.

the breakfast was delicious. The staff was especially nice, Holly (the staff) was really welcoming and was really patient with us. Food was good and the rooms were really clean and cozy with a decent view of the moutain.

The lodge is in a beautiful location in Sequoia NP and really convenient to trails and popular park areas. You can't beat the setting --even the walk from the building we stayed in to the main lodge was a peaceful stroll through the woods. If you're sensitive to heat, maybe ask for a room on the first floor--our second floor room got really warm in the afternoon although it was cool enough to sleep at night with dans running. The lodge restaurant and the pizza deck were both great and their cocktails were delicious and interesting (especially the gimlet).

The location is perfect with the only options outside the park a lengthy drive on winding switchback roads. Rooms were very well kept, and the lodge restaurant was quite nice. The only drawback would be getting to your room if you weren’t able to handle no elevator, or had trouble walking up to the rooms which are situated on a hill.
