This hotel is a Holiday Inn Express. Don’t know if that has recently changed but it no longer has shuttle service to the airport, which was a big part of the reason we booked this hotel. Definitely needs a more visible door entrance, even the taxi driver had a hard time finding where to drop us off. Everything was clean and comfortable . Breakfast was just typical hotel food, not a lot of variety. Not what we expected with the good reviews for breakfast, but okay. Rooms were quiet, so we got two good nights rest and that was the important thing.

The Bar staff was great on our first night there. We enjoyed the Bar food bites menu & drinks. Unfortunately, the bar was closed on our 2nd night. The room was clean and comfortable.

The rooms are large and spacious - with full sized refrigerator /micro / keurig coffee pot &other great amenities! Staff are very helpful and continue to meet your needs. Great breasfast and bar service with bar food menu in the evening Love this place and will definitely stay again if in the Boston area.

Staff was very accommodating. We were able to check in early and they invited us to have breakfast even before checking in. Fresh hot breakfast. Very nice bar area for food and drinks. Everyone on the staff likes working there. You can tell how happy they are by the way they interact with fellow workers

Danny was very helpful holding our luggage at check-in, since we were early. He also checked with the front desk about early check-in. Donna was our bartender last night and she’s great! So cheerful, friendly and professional; she worked very efficiently and was helpful with any questions. Our room was very clean, it just smelled of cigarette smoke, which was disappointing. I was surprised since it’s a no smoking hotel, but unfortunately some guests break the rules.

We used the airport shuttle and when we called to book it, the guy at the front desk was very nice and explained where we needed to go to get picked up. The front desk staff at check in and check out were very pleasant. Room was very clean and up to date. They have a good variety for breakfast. Great location for airport convenience!

The rooms were clean and well stocked. Oscar at the front desk was very friendly, informative and helpful. Breakfast was good but the orange juice was watered down and the bananas were about 5 days from being ripe enough to eat. It was pretty easy to access and inside the hotel was warm and inviting. I would recommend they add more snack foods to their "store". There was a good variety of drinks and frozen food/dinners, but I would have liked to see more chips, candy and snacks. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay for my family of 5!

Place is very secure. You need a card key just to enter the ulper floors. Staff was beyond helpful and very friendly. The rooms were some of the best i have ever seen. They had everything you need in that room as if you were at home.I will definitely be staying here on my future trips.
