Very comfortable bed! Super friendly staff, spacious room, easy check-in and uncomplicated lugagge storage. A wastebin in the room was missing, a bit of noise from the street, bathroom feels a bit too hot when sun is shining. Overall, nice stay, would stay again.

Had a great experience. Nancy assisted with early check-in. Communication was through WhatsApp and any questions I had were answered very timely. Nancy walked me through the process on access the elevator and took me to my room. I felt safe the entire time. Room was cleaned daily. Location was great as well. Loved it!

Durango 219 is a remarkably pretty and clean hotel with easy access and is in the same building as two very nice restaurants. Beyond the hotel itself, it is conveniently located in a very nice neighborhood and has great walkability to plenty of amazing restaurants and bars. It is also very easy to uber from the hotel wherever you need to if it's out of walking range.

The room was clean, sufficiently cooled, conveniently located with markets for all items close by, and near a beautiful park and fountain. The nightlife was charming. Overall a safe a wonderful stay. Perfect for kids as well.

Pros: clean rooms, comfortable bed, convenient location for walking or catching uber, felt safe inside the room. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Cons: busy street was noisy on weekends/no sound proofing, no mini fridge, no ac or heat, and shower came from ceiling (not the wall) so women who don’t want to get hair wet every-time it is difficult to shower.

Great location. Room is not spacious, but had everything needed for 2 people. Great communication via Whats App. Ate at the street level restaurant and enjoyed the food. The hidden gem is the rooftop restauant for breakfast. Terrific food, service, and ambience. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I don't have anything but praise for Durango 219. The location is unbeatable, the staff were friendly and efficient, rooms were clean, well-designed and comfortable, and despite the busy location, the hotel felt like a calm space removed from the chaos of the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will return again some day.

Great location and very easy to check in. Required entering multiple security codes/locks just to get in the room, which was kind of annoying, but certainly better than lax security. Very clean, quiet, and didn’t fall down during the 6.5 earthquake that woke us up one day. A+ stay.
