The room was clean, beds were soft and pillows were of good quality. Breakfast was delicious, the buffet had a wide selection to choose from. The staff was friendly, helpful very willing to help. Front desk was excellent, shuttle service was great, didn't have to wait long for pick it or drop off.

Second visit and completely satisfied again. Room is as shown and bed, in my opinion, is extremely comfortable. Restaurant staff very kind and attentive. Good is very good; soup is a great option. Buffet breakfast is perfectly acceptable, kind waiters, sufficient variety. Shuttle runs exactly as stated. Excellent option for airport travel, will return and/or highly recommend. Thanks to the staff for a great stay.

Great hotel about a 5 min drive from the airport. 20 min drive from cancun and beaches. Great place to stay with a rental car. Safe parking. The room was comfortable and the AC was a life saver.

A stellar airport hotel- beautiful pool and grounds, large bedrooms, helpful and friendly staff, a good breakfast included. Extra bonuses: it is pet friendly if you are traveling with a dog; and there are a nail salon, massage therapy spa and OXXO right next door. Quite impressive for a reasonably priced airport hotel. Highly recommended.

We normally stay at Hilton when flying from Cancún but this time stayed at Fairfield Courtyard. In every aspect Fairfield is a better option. Lovely room, large pool, nice dining room and buffet breakfast included. Staff were excellent and friendly. Our go to hotel from now on.

We were here less than. 24 hours, but from what I experienced, I would return. Check in easy. Parking ample, free and convenient. Pool and hot tubs looked nice and in working order. Our room was spotless. We had a plumbing issue at 1:00am and maintenance came up within minutes to fix it. You will be a little far from restaurants, but staying at an airport location, I would not have expected much more. Great hotel.
