We booked this hotel super last minute, and it was absolutely wonderful!!! Super great location, incredibly clean and the staff were super amazing. The pool upstairs was beautiful, great views! The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. The park across the street was lovely to walk around and the whole area felt very safe. 10/10 recommend.

It was really great there. Helpful staff, clean, modern, nice balcony and fresh air. Only thing was the power was out for about 3 hours from the city so was a bit cold in winter. The breakfast was fantastic too.

Hotel is in an excellent area of Santiago. Safe with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Rooftop deck is a nice place to sit and relax. Staff was excellent! The breakfast included was delicious with lots of options. Would definitely recommend.

The hotels was conveniently located within walking distance to all the major attractions. Also about a block away were a lot of restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was nice with a view of San Cristobal. I would recommend the hotel.

The time we walked into the hotel we were treated like family When ever we need something one of the staff were there to help The breakfast was amazing and the ladies working there made sure we had everything we needed The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable The hotel itself was situated in a great location.
