The property location is awesome. Their customer service was excellent. However the hotel interior is extremely old . Overall, the property exterior & interior definitely needs some facelift for sure . Note, the price this soccer season was extremely expensive considering what I mentioned regarding hotel ambience.

Enjoyed my stay. Dog friendly hotel. With a full size refrigerator and kitchen with dishwasher. Was able to cook my breakfast as I wanted to do so . Close to Walmart which is highly convenient. Will stay again !

The location is great , the staff was very helpful . The on the go breakfast is terrible , hardly any option, just one flavour for granola bar , they can definitely improve it. We have had on the go in other hotels as well but this was really disappointing. The rooms are good . The lobby area was not good , needs renovation and improvement.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on and looked so dirty! We asked for extra pillows but unfortunately they weren’t able to provide it. Stay was okay. Breakfast was a plus though.

Convenient location for food choices and for laundry on hotel property. Room was big with sofa and full kitchen (coffee maker and utensils upon request). Bedroom had nice California king with nicely mounted tv and nice closet space. Would definitely stay again

The hotel is a little tired, attention to detail on the carpets in the hall area would make it look a little less grubby. Its location was exactly where we needed, which is why we chose it. However, we had to change rooms, a lamp fell off the wall. People asleep all day on the sofas in reception. We decided to check out a day earlier, we was promised a refund of one night. But we are still waiting, all contact has been ignored.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST. Location wise its good ( walmart nearby and dining options nearby ) but the place itself is very very bad and poortly maintianed. Not clean it at all. Completely outdated and not clean at all . The beds were not comfortable ..limited breakfast that was mentioned was not available at all..coffee machine never worked..absolutely terrible place to stay

Really nice, peaceful and 320 bus to nyc time square take 20-25 minutes. Bus cost $4.85 each way. Bus stop 1 minute walk from the hotel. Excellent location. Will stay again. Thank you so much.

Staff was very helpful and efficient. Check in was easy. Room are outdated. Needs an upgrade. Seems as though they do long term rentals here so there's a lot of people just hanging around all hours of the day & night. Dog barking most of the night. Full kitchen with no utensils. No cups, forks, knives or spoons unless you ask the front desk for them. No ice in the facility whatsoever. Will not be returning
