Pure tranquility. Mindblowing view thats worth the stay alone. The hotel is so well carried out all the way from interior to dining. Peacefull. Gym, tennis, hiking. Perfect chilled pool. Super friendly staff. Secluded, but short drive to the beach. Authentic 5 star hotel. Loved my stay.

This place is out of a dream!! The staff was amazing! The property was well kept and the views……the views are breath-taking!!! Hacienda Na Xamena is worth visiting and I will be coming back again.

The property is beautiful with an outstanding view. The service is very kind, but unfortunately never keeps their promises. The interior of our $2000 suite was simple, there was not even an opportunity to sit together on a sofa. At checkout I was directly asked if I was interested to give a $200 tipp. Bottom line: Highly overpriced and not meeting the expectations.

Beautiful hotel and fantastic staff. Easy to get taxis everywhere or just stay and enjoy the facilities. Food and drink can be pricey but we visited places around the island so this was a great place to come back to and enjoy the daytime sun!

The location is stunning and the staff helpful and friendly. There is so much that is right but sadly ( for me at least) some other aspects are a little disappointing. The food was very inconsistent ( we overheard a number of guests say the same thing), the room fine but nothing ‘special’ and there appeared to be a culture of get the guest to ‘pay extra’ for as much as possible. For example a bottle of water in the room on arrival was literally only for the first night, breakfast at 70 euro a couple was scandalous and there were no small niceties who you normally associate with such an expensive hotel. It rather detracted ( for us at least) the overall experience

Exceptional stay. Did not want to leave. Luxury on another level. Not cheap but one of the main highlights of our holidays. The cascading waterfalls massage was the cherry on the cake.

A very special experience in Ibiza. A calm, wellness focused, high end property, with incredible service. It was my second visit. Love the cascades experience. The food menu by the pool is great, but the Eden restaurant is on another level. The breakfast is perfect, you get to choose from many dishes with local, natural flavors. Some days we will go to nearby nature for hiking, small lovely beaches, or a town restaurant, other days we just stay by the pool, spa treatments, and an amazing sunset view, followed by bathtub and room service. Will definitely come back.

Beautiful hotel in an incredible setting for a relaxing and luxurious stay. The staff are some of the friendliest I’ve come across who take care of everything to make sure the stay is really special. This elegant Hotel is fabulous. The pool and view is incredible and the bedrooms are quite spacious with goregeous views. The staff at the Hotel is incredibly nice and helpful. After a disappointing experience elsewhere, returning to Hacienda Na Xamena completely changed the course of our trip. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true welcome rather than a transaction. A special thank you to Julian, who set the tone for our stay. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely hospitable, he consistently went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Team members like him are what turn a great hotel into a memorable experience. The property itself is breathtaking. The views are unlike anything we’ve experienced and offer a completely different perspective of Ibiza—peaceful, dramatic, and unforgettable. Whether relaxing by the pools, enjoying the grounds, or simply taking in the scenery, every corner of the hotel feels special. What impressed us most was the consistency. We ended up booking a second room in a different area of the property, and while it had its own unique character, the level of service, comfort, and attention to detail remained exactly the same. The food and beverage experience was equally consistent throughout our stay, with every meal delivering the same high standard of quality and service. Beautiful hotel and phenomenal views of the coast. Great service, everyone was super welcoming and friendly. The standard rooms have fantastic views but overlook the other rooms so it didn’t feel that private. The spa is super basic but the treatment was good. We went in September and there was always lots of free spots to sit and sunbathe. Sunset cocktails highly recommended. The main courses in Eden restaurant were all a bit strange but the sharing options, starters and desserts were excellent. The wine selection was also fantastic.
