We had an amazing stay at Nobu Ibiza, and my partner instantly asked to come back every year — which probably says it all! The staff were fantastic from start to finish. We arrived around 1pm despite check-in being at 4pm, but our room was ready by around 2pm. We were personally escorted to our room and offered a hotel tour, and guest relations also sent a complimentary bottle of champagne as it was a birthday trip. The staff at the entrance were always happy to order taxis too, which usually arrived within five minutes. We stayed in a Panoramic Junior Suite, which was absolutely worth the money. The views were beautiful and the room was really well equipped with a hairdryer, straighteners, steamer and toiletries. Housekeeping came twice a day, so the room was always immaculate and our water was constantly topped up. There were plenty of sunbeds by the beach, although the sandy flooring did get a little annoying! The adult pool was very cold and I doubt it was heated. The sunbeds around it also had an extortionate minimum spend. Given how quiet the hotel was during our stay and how often the beds were empty, I wish this rule had been more flexible. Chambao was surprisingly good, although expensive, and breakfast had a decent gluten-free selection. The rooftop bar is a must — it’s gorgeous lit up at night! As we had a late flight home, the hotel kindly let us use their shower facilities after checkout, which was a brilliant touch. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay.

This is a beautiful hotel, full of light and next to the sea. Our room had a lovely sea view and it was possible to walk into the Old Town from the hotel along the sea front and the marina. Ibiza is a little quiet in late October but it is still warm enough to swim to walk and to find good food. I thoroughly recommend the hotel and visiting Ibiza when things are at a slower pace.

No working AC even after raising this up to management they didn’t resolve the issue and provide to compensation despite the steep price and not being able to sleep for two nights. We also asked for a red wine to go with our sliders and dumplings and they gave us a $40+ euro glasses very little wine and no warning about how much these wines were as they kept offering refills
