From the moment I walked into the lobby to check in, I didn’t feel welcomed. Nothing about the hotel was explained to me. Everyone seemed stressed and had a bad attitude, as if I were bothering them. No one showed me where the amenities were—I had to find everything on my own. When I asked about the WiFi, I was given incorrect information. The staff does not seem informed or properly prepared for their roles.

Very Pricey didnt get access to good restaurantes and to many amenities far from the good places not impress would not invest in the presidencial suites at Life style again poor Quality for soo much money great staff hard working people
