This motel 6 is always clean and the most affordable place to stay in the area. The staff are very nice as well. There is something new with a self service kiosk where someone hops on a call with you to help you check in. I prefer the old system of checking in with a person because if you arrived early and your room was ready, they would let you in. Now with the kiosk and the person over the phone, you need to wait until 3:00 or pay a $20 early check in fee.

Staff was helpful upon arrival. The rooms were great considering the price and pretty local to the national park, food spots, and a casino. Only con was that it felt a bit eerie at night but I’d still recommend this motel to anyone spending a couple nights in Twentynine Palms. The rooms were clean and spacious as well.

I enjoyed staying there several times over the course of 2 weeks. Check in was usually easy. Once or twice i used the self service kiosk, which was connected to a live person somewhere else, which i felt a little nervous about. Generally the rooms were pretty clean, with some small exceptions. I enjoyed the pool time, working out near the pool, and swimming. And meeting some of the other guests. The housekeeping staff were very nice to me. I also enjoyed taking photos of the sunrise and sunset around the property. I think there are two grocery stores (grocery outlet and stater bros) within walking/biking distance, and a bus stop directly in front of the building. Overall 3.7 stars.

Economical convenient no frills lodging for easy access to Joshua Tree Park. Staff was friendly. AC worked but unit’s filters hadn’t been cleaned in years if ever. Bed linens seemed clean but beds were lumpy. Shower offered hot water but towels were texture of sandpaper.

The room was nice and clean. The noise from the water running from the room next door was load and at midnight couldn't sleep. There were some suspicious looking people around the hotel don't know if they were guests or transients. The staff was friendly.

Staff was not helpful at all, pointed me straight to the kiosk to get help from a lady through a virtual call. While the ladies at the desk kept gossiping. Room had a smell that was coming in through the ac, not sure if it was cigarettes or something else. One bed smelt okay, while the others smelt like cigarettes. Clumps of hair under the beds. When I opened the fridge a small roach came running out. Place was ok for a bed and a shower. Wouldn’t recommend if you have small children.

Our two night stay at Motel 6 in Twentynine Palms was very enjoyable. Our room was clean and the beds although a little on the soft side were comfortable. Included was a microwave and fridge but no hair dryer although the WiFi was very fast. Once you make your reservation I would suggest to call the facility and request a bottom floor room. I would rebook without hesitation and hope this review is hopeful.
