The hotel has a great atmosphere, with plenty of dining options, entertainment, and amenities all in one place. Everything was convenient, and I appreciated how well the property was kept. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend the Golden Nugget to anyone looking for a fun and comfortable getaway!
We had a great time, even though there was no parking they had an alternative parking garage we could use. We loved the evening swim and our room in the Rush tower was quiet and the bed so comfortable. It was a great stay!

Good location , good pool vibe, the tables are busy, steps away from Fremont. I had lots of fun
Golden Nugget in my opinion one of the best hotels on the strip. Great prices and good meal options..centered right in middle of freemont where all the action is. Gambling is fun as well.
While upon checking in , the staff was amazing and helpful with us getting all settled ! The room was spotless and so beautiful! The beds were nice and cozy especially after a long day/night out.
The restaurant was spectacular with delicious food!! Now with the gambling , did loose some money lol >-<
Definitely will stay here again ! 10/10 !

Location was great. Room was warm, called twice to get fixed, never fixed
Lack of real flesh and blood people at the front desk is now a real issue. As you can be on hold for over five minutes waiting to talk to hotel 🏨 staff. Pretty good stay and location for the most part otherwise.
Hotel was great overall, and the 4th of July pool party that was free admission for guest was a nice touch.
The only real complaint I have is that the hotel parking garage was at max capacity and having to park 2 blocks away at a random garage as a guest was not great at all. The hotel should consider holding spots in their garage for hotel guest that have paid for rooms before filling it up with day time visitors.

Overall casino and amenities were nice. Carson gold towers. Room service for breakfast was fabulous. Salt grass was a 10/10 in comparison to other salt grass restaurants. Unfortunately ventilation is extremely poor and you walk away feeling like you smoked a carton of cigarettes and marijuana (it’s legal there). Our AC went out in middle of night on 2nd night and bath tub drainage was a problem all weekend. Close to all freemont so that’s a plus. Also secure floors with need for key to access anywhere elevator wise. Each time we contacted staff was great and helpful
We were never able to reach housekeeping on the phone, however, the staff we met in the hallway were very nice and helpful. I wish we had received a notice prior to our arrival that the shark tank was broken. The part that did have water in it, the glass was very dirty.
The shark tank pool was under construction so we could not use the slide. The water level for the tank was very low so we had to really make an effort to see the fish. I didn’t like the limited hours of the fitness center(7am-5 pm), which was only accessed through the spa with the help of the spa staff. You do not have a refrigerator or microwave in your room. Overall, the staff was friendly and the choice of restaurants adequate. We stayed in the Carson Tower with a premium room King bed. My mother did enjoy her birthday, which meant that the mission was accomplished. Note if you want dining for a large group, is Main Street station at the end of the strip. The hotel is lovely with old world charm of Vegas.

Room was old. We had a leak in restroom they didn't move us.
Tank Pool was the reason we booked to find out it's closed all year. water slide closed. Water in Pool dirty.
Restrooms in Pool area dirty.
Food options are great.
Casino is okay but never did i get asked if I wanted anything to drink.
No free play with new players card.
We can't to Las Vegas under some sad circumstances. My father in law was in hospice. We started at a cheaper hotel but wanted to try to turn the trip into a mini vacation for my family with a 5 year old so we stayed at the Golden Nugget for 2 nights. I say this because even though we stayed there, we were barely there- keep this in mind. It was a cool experience staying here. There was so much everywhere. We didn't really have time to explore any of it. Some things we liked were the location, the valet, the restaurants, and the pool. In fact, we choose this place based on the awesome pool with a water slide going through a shark tank. We got there and there was a sign saying the sharks are relocated during renovations and the water slide was closed. This was no fault of Golden Nugget because it said this on their website but we booked through Expedia and it didn't mention these renovations. We were very disappointed. However the pool was nice and we did swim in it. We were able to see some fish in the tank which was cool for my son. The room itself was ok. We got a king bed room. Expedia said it's for 3 people so we assumed they had costs or something. Nope. We had to get an air mattress for my son. Also the room did not come with a fridge or microwave like it showed in the photos so we weren't able to save any food. The AC was squeaky and we weren't able to sleep with it on so we shut it off and we're hot. Shower stuff was nearly empty when we arrived. Overall fine
