Great experience. Felt at home away from home. We were able to walk everywhere. The room was nice and cold and felt amazing coming in from the heat. Room was very spacious and clean. Owner was very helpful and kind. 10/10

Staff was very responsive and helpful. There are complimentary beach chairs and towels. You can also get discounts at their sister hotel. Location was perfect really close to the beach and ocean drive. Overall, definitely recommend.

Great option when staying at Miami Beach. Well located, near the shopping area but not noisy, with access to beach chairs and towels. Rooms are as indicated, clean and all worked well. Juda at reception was very helpful. A good option for Miami Beach.

Great experience, the hotel is Beautiful, and the rooms are exactly like the pictures, so close to the beach and so close to the famous palace which was shut for me. I will definitely be staying there again

There is no valet, even though the listing says they have a free valet. Parking is very difficult and expensive, the closest parking we found available was a mile away. There is no front desk staff, and the access code for our room wasn’t sent to us until I escalated their non responsiveness to Expedia support. Every phone number they have listed is disconnected, there is no way to get in contact with them until they start texting you from a number after you check in. The room was pretty and clean. They have some amenities that they charge you $20 for. However, staying here was unnecessarily complicated. I would not recommend it.

I like that all services are virtual including check in and check out... Staff is actually on call 24/7 by calling a local number and answered all my questions. You get a $10.00 stipend for breakfast to use at a nearby hotel. I was impressed everything smells clean including the bathroom! Room was well maintained.

Had a great stay at Beach Plaza. Super cute and comfortable room. King size bed, fridge, kurig, tea, kettle, large tv. Super cute decor. Parking a block away for $20/24hrs. And a block from Ocean Drive. Great location. Would definitely stay again. AC is a little noisy but fine w ear plugs. Works great. Kept room nice and cool!

Someone was there to greet us at the door, after we were approved for an early check-in. The room temperature was amazing when we walked in, and stayed perfect temperature as we adjusted up and down(i have hot flashes!).. The free waters and complimentary amenities were appreciated! Walgreens was across the street and open 24 hours. The best Cuban restaurant was 1 block away, and the beach was perfect! I could not have asked for a better place!!!

I gave 4 stars only because we came in late and did not take advantage of the property or beach amenities. Code did not work for check in but we called the number provided and reached someone who helped us get in. Room was clean and comfortable. Decore was cute, bathroom small but water was hot. I have stayed at the sister hotel to this hotel before a couple of times - the Pantera Rosa which I love so thought I would give the Beach Plaza a go! It’s pretty freakin fabulous as well. The staff is amazing .. the guys help you with luggage and around making sure things are secure. It’s a kiosk check in / out which I prefer! Everything is done thru text prior to arrival. My room stayed cool with great air conditioning and location is prime in my opinion. Lummus park around the corner and straight to the beach. I traveled with my chihuahuas which is always amazing when dogs are actually welcomed! Thank you guys!
