It’s a little bit dated but perfect for what’s needed- not to mention a really nice lazy river.

The staff was amazing. Friendly service. The pool and lazy river were so much fun. We took the shuttle from the hotel to Disney. Pick ups and drop offs were right on time. We had such a great time we already booked another stay.

Enjoyed the amenities of the hotel . The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the smell of our room . It had a very moldy/ mildew smell which was very unpleasant . The room was nice and the view was amazing other than the odor to the room . Wouldn’t stay again due to this issue .

We’ve stayed here many times before and we love it. It’s so close to Disney Springs and the staff is always so friendly. The rooms are a little outdated, but clean. We love the pool and lazy river. Something very minor that we’d love to see would be QR codes on the pool chairs to order food/drinks. Only because it was sometimes hard to track down someone once we opened a tab and waited a while for them to come back and close us out. The market has good food and drink options and is open pretty late. All in all, such a great a hotel that we keep going back to.

Excellent experience from check in to check out during our 3 night stay! Treated us like royalty. Stellar customer service makes up for the subpar/ slightly outdated rooms. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a smile, went above and beyond to assist us and left an amazing impression. Valet, Check in Hostess, Housekeepers, Bartenders and Pool Attendants, Pool Chef. Man! We’ve been all smiles for the past four days. Thank you to all parties involved!
