This was an amazing hotel and will be returning in the future with my family. Very family oriented. Walking distance to Disney springs and the pool area was incredible. Lots of fun for the entire family.

Common areas are nice, beds were nice and clean, AC was cold, bathroom was run down and felt gross. Staff seem burned out and cold due to the high volume of guests
