6/10 Okay

Liked: Staff & service
The room was clean. I wanna get that clear. The grounds, I’m gonna say OK, the stairwell. It was so smelly. I have a dog that’s trained, so she would not go in the elevator and my husband would take her outside to potty, but I had to take her once and it was not a good or pleasant experience for me to go that one fly to stairs. It was a very stinky. Also, I can’t believe that they can’t get someone to make good eggs. That was a total waste of a lot of eggs. I literally got sick to my stomach. That’s all that I have to say. I don’t think I’ll ever stay here again. The owners of this property need to really do something to maybe hire more staff. The staff really is amazing. I don’t think that I would be as nice on my review if it wasn’t for their staff. They really made up for the inconvenience. My room was not ready when I got there either, so that was that also 😞

We only stayed here for one night, but it was absolutely great. The staff were friendly, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Great breakfast! We booked a suite, and it was incredibly spacious. Our only complaint is that we didn’t get to stay longer! Highly recommend.
