It was very nice, clean, and a great location. We quickly learned Osaka is a rowdy town, so we were woken up by sirens a few times, but not to any fault of the hotel. Very spacious for a room in Japan. The Cross Floor had a nice water and ice dispenser. Access to the lounge was nice. Provided drinks (both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages) and snacks. I wouldn’t overspend for the Cross Room Floor for lounge. Breakfast was good. Various options to eat.
