This hotel is centrally located in La Zona Rosa, close to restaurants, museums, cafés, coffee shops, and clubs. The interior is beautiful and full of character, making you feel like you’ve stepped back into Mexico in the early 1900s. The staff is friendly and very helpful, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming hotel in a great location!

Can’t fault it for the price. Really incredible location considering how affordable this place is. The hotel is very historic and grand. It’s not the shiniest, most polished or well appointed hotel you could stay at but it’s all part of the charm I guess. Breakfast wasn’t the best for a European traveller like myself but it did the job.

This hotel was restored to period so you feel like you’re stripping back into 1902. It’s an amazing experience. We stay here every time we are in the city. Every corner of the hotel seems to hide some unique treasure.

Excellent old school hotel with character and simple facilities - no ridiculous lighting systems nor electric curtains etc..Abundant history and great bar. Plenty of good local restaurants in walking distance although local area - nothing to do with the hotel - needs investment with broken pavements etc..Staff were super helpful.

We stayed at hotel Geneve for six nights. We loved the historic lobby and old world charm of the hotel. The breakfast was great with good service. Our room was spacious and comfortable. All the staff during our stay were attentive and helpful. The hotel is central to most popular sites and very convenient. The bar/lounge serves great drinks and has live music. We had a lovely stay.

This is a very cool old hotel with a ton of history. I found the staff on the front desk to be unhelpful and a little rude. We paid for a junior suite and the rooms are tired and in need of a remodel, the bathrooms are really old. This being said for the price it was really good value. The bar and breakfast areas are really nice.

THE perfect hotel. Location, the beautiful building, the staff that has worked here for a long time. Delicious breakfast. I have been staying here for 30 years. It is my happy place. Also the rooms in the back section are very quiet! The front rooms are on the Main Street, but it is not disturbing.

A wonderful historic hotel. Perfectly maintained, wonderful rooms, great location; with Services, stores, shopping, entertainment, and restaurants all in the immediate vicinity. The breakfast is wonderful, and the lobby bar, called the Phone Bar, is excellent with great entertainment and drinks. And don't miss the free Hotel tour offered every hour.

The hotel is beautiful, but honestly the location isn’t great. Amenities are rather old and the gym isn’t well maintained. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bedroom itself was a good size but the tiny bathroom is a bit tough for 2 people to use.
