We loved our stay and would come back again. But if it would bother you to have a window unit for air and old windows this place is not for you. It's an old building but it's clean and the staff is great.

Gabby was wonderful and pleasant, not intrusive yet attentive. Rooms are so thoughtfully decorated, full kitchen with updated appliances and kitchenware. Everything (literally) you need for beach going from beach chairs to aloe Vera afterwards, even water bottles for hydration. Free laundry on site! Back shaded patio with all the accoutrements (various seating areas, small dry bar, grill and essentials, table top fire pits, outdoor dining table with umbrella, vibes galore). The pool is a whole other vibe when the lights come on at night.. water is so warm. Block from the beach so no parking fees! Great stay all around.

Every thing about the property was amazing, the staff , the pool , the ambience, the vibe , the price, the convenience has a kitchen with the all things you need, has for guess umbrellas for the beach , chairs , sunblock….. super nice experience 4 days. And I comeback in 4 july

Let me tell you that this place was the absolute best. Everything about it was excellent!! The young man at the check-in desk. Top notch! He gave the best welcoming experience at the front desk. Made my husband and I feel so welcomed at right at home. The amenities were superb. We'll be back! It was a beautiful Father's Day Weekend! Thank you.

Very much enjoyed our 3 night stay at Ashley Brooke. The owners are very friendly and helpful (we will forgive that they are Buckeyes!) The room was clean and comfortable and the pool area very comfortable and nice! The walk to Deerfield Beach is short. Great find!

The pool is big enough to swim a short distance. The hotel is just a few minutes walk to the ocean, where there are lifeguards and also a restroom. Guests had free use of beach chairs and beach towels.

Nicely updated rooms. We we offered beach chairs to go the the nearby beach. We were there for the Palm Beach boat show so didn't go to the beach. Great location. Came back one day to see our room had been cleaned! Wonderful surprise. Staff was friendly and we always felt safe. Would stay again.

I had an amazing stay for a long weekend. The room was clean, cozy, and I felt right at home. I stayed in the one bed room and didn't realize it had a kitchenette and dining area which was a lovely surprise! Can't beat the location, just a block away from the beach so I could check out sunset and sunrise while going back and forth to the room. They had plenty of beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas to borrow which was a great amenity! Wish I could have stayed longer but I hope to be back again!
