We had a fantastic stay at Impressions Isla Mujeres. The resort is beautiful, the food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. A huge thank you to Lalo and especially Rafa, our butler. Rafa was the best butler we’ve ever had and made everything easy, from reservations to helping us recover a swimsuit we accidentally left behind. My wife and I had an amazing stay at Impression Resort. From the moment we arrived, everything was top tier. The private catamaran experience was a highlight, and the entire trip felt special from start to finish. David and Zelma were incredibly helpful and made sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond. The resort itself is beautiful with great aesthetics, stunning ocean views, and a perfect beachfront location. Food was not good for the cost of the stay. Typical Mexican food. Rib eye was a quarter inch thick. They say all inclusive but then you have to pay for sake, oysters, lobster, and other things.
