Lovely property. Kind and helpful staff. Cute welcome gifts. Mid-day waffles were amazing at the on site cafe. Downside: we were there over a weekend and the street is very noisy with people and vehicles all hours of the night.

Modern hotel. Upscale experience. Very helpful Bellhop and Reception Staff. Room was spacious , upscale with L'Occitane soaps and luxurious spa amenities - robe and slippers.. We found dirt on the rug of the room when we entered and they cleaned it immediately.

Le Louise is a hotel to enjoy. It is located in an upper level shopping area (Cartier, Hermes, Nike, etc., etc.) and maintains that level of excellence throughout the hotel. The roos are spacious, cool and clean. The breakfast is first rate, especially the coffee (!) and the bar/restaurant has the nicest anhd funniest staff. Loved every minute there!

The room was clean and well set up, with good air conditioning. Breakfast had good options to choose from. The afternoon 2-6pm snacks were great too. Availability of coffee 24 hrs was a great touch! Overall a great experience. They do provide drinking water in the room, which is great too.

The staff was very helpful and nice! We have one comment, there was food and leftovers outside our door when we first checked in and there were some garbage left from the previous users (empty vitamin sachet on the vanity and two jam over the shelf), and they were left even after cleaning on the first day. But other than that, it was all very good
