The first thing to say about the hotel is the location. It is perfectly located if you want to explore Paris. The building itself is historical. It has been well maintained. The staff are very responsive and very hopeful with nearly everything we needed.
The is a wonderful hotel in a prime location. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel was build in 1900 and remains gorgeous. The staff are amazing--so professional and accommodating. We had room service and the items were provided were timely, hot and delicious. The gym was small but adequate and there is a steam room and sauna. We will stay here again.
Exceptional property … most accommodating and professional staff would do everything to make our stay enjoyable. Location is ideal for visiting the sights of Paris.
Everything was great. Location was perfect. Staff was always helpful. The only thing that was not great was the stall shower. the doors did not close properly due to strange design
The location was absolutely perfect, just steps away from the Louvre and ideally situated for exploring all that Paris has to offer. The room service was exceptional, both in quality and taste, and every meal was beautifully prepared and delicious.
What truly made our stay even more memorable was the warm, attentive, and genuinely kind staff. From the wonderful location to the excellent dining and outstanding hospitality, everything exceeded our expectations.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris and would be delighted to stay here again.
Great location and a full service hotel. The staff was excellent and there was a great vibe to the 125 year old grand dame. Bedding was not comfortable however and no coffee service in the room, so expensive room service was the only way to get a relaxing start to the day. Our room was ok, but limited space for our luggage.
The staff was so welcoming, and our room was lovely. The view took the stay to a whole new level. Amazing location. Beautiful balance of historic property with luxury features in the room. One of our favorite places to stay anytime we are in Paris.
Absolutely gorgeous & historic property. Thank you, Irena, for finding us a room upgrade to check in early. Room had beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower & Olympic Balloon. Elegant English style bar. Service & staff all superb! Excellent experience start to finish!
