Upon checking in I was given a 3rd floor room and the clerk informed me that the elevator was not working. I advised the clerk that there was no way I would be able to climb 3 floors of stairs. She quickly accommodated me with a room on the 1sr floor. From entering the hotel it was clean and the staff was friendly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was a must. Very good and nice restaurant close by on a walking distance. A movie theater also in a walking distance. Overall the experience was very nice for the short time spend in that area and met all expectations for what we needed. I would recommend it to anyone who is traveling for a short period of time .

Shower was nasty. Floors were so first in the tol . After shower feet got so black just walking around the room. Towels smelled funny. Inside the shower was mildewed. Comforter had a stain. Loitering inside Lovby and parking lot by guest smoking and drinking. Kind of uncomfortable. Check in was nice. Professional And courteous.

The hotel is honestly super old and hasn’t been updated in awhile. My room smelled like cigarettes and mildew and wasn’t very clean. The bed was super hard and felt like paper. However, the girl up front was very kind and totally put up with me, she was so sweet and gladly gave me a refund.

I stayed here overnight ahead of a hip replacement, as the hotel is very near the surgery center, and I didn't want to fret about rush-hour traffic on the morning of my procedure. William at the front desk was very accommodating, and gave me a room near the elevator since my walking was so compromised. He also gave me a couple of breakfast snacks for the following day, since I would be leaving ahead of the breakfast service, and he thought I might be hungry when I emerged from my anesthesia. He was very intuitive and compassionate. The chickens wandering around the parking lot were a fun and charming amusement.
