Enjoyed my one night stay, convenient location within walking distance to the concert venue I was going to. Only inconvenience was I had to pay to park, which I didn’t know I had to do before booking. About $20-25/night. Probably still more affordable than the other hotels though.

room was nice, staff was great. Towels were a little old and dingy and the bed was nothing to write home about. A lot of construction downtown and was very noisy come 8 am! The people mover was down during our stay so had to use Uber no big deal. Definitely would recommend for the price.

Little different than what I am used to. More of an Airbnb style than a the standard hotel room I am used to. The staff was very friendly and even though we only had one request (out of body wash, shampoo and conditioner) the request was satisfied immediately.

From the outside I was scared a lot of homeless people. But when you walk inside the hotel nothing but great things to say from staff to the cleanliness of the hotel was awesome. walking distant to the MGM casino walk out hotel make a left keep walking until you get to Third make a right and you are there. Parking is $30 a day you can come and go freely that is the only reason I would take a half star away.

The location is perfect, yet when we got to our room there only was only 1 set of towels when we had a reservation for 2. Also the garbage disposal did not work and it took a few hours to resolve that issue which resulted in maintenance being in and iut the room multiple times. I'd stay there again for the location alone

Our room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good proximity to Ford Field which is where we attended a concert. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.
