The hotel has spectacular city views from the lobby on the 18th floor and all rooms which are located on the 19th floor or higher. Rooms are very clean, modern and pleasantly decorated, with comfortable beds and excellent staff who are friendly and helpful. There is also a free lounge on the 19th floor with seating and complimentary drinks (tea and coffee and pop) where hotel guests can relax. Loved our stay here. My only complaint was the horrible body odor smell in both the rooms that I read about in other reviews. Staff was kind to change to another room, but it still had the horrible smell that only worsened in our 5 day stay. Breakfast buffet was very good, with daily selections changing every other day. Staff also helped with forwarding our luggage to our next hotel.
