My husband and I stayed for a weekend getaway! The staff was extremely nice an accommodating to our every need. They communicated well. The room was beautiful and clean and the bed was so very comfortable. We had a balcony view looking down on the riverwalk - highly recommend. We will be planning another stay this winter.

The stay was perfect. Definitely king and queen treatment! The staff was very nice and helpful. They made the stay 100% easy and hassle free. They even put ice in our cooler to the road. Only issue we had was when valet brought us our truck, there was a roach in it. It overall it was perfect.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From check-in to check-out, our stay at the Mokara Hotel & Spa was simply amazing! The staff was pleasant, polite, helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Our room was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and fully stocked with all the amenities we needed. Room service was prompt, and I especially loved that they served brunch. I’m definitely not a morning person, so I didn’t have to feel guilty about sleeping in and worrying that I had missed breakfast! 😊 As wonderful as everything else was, the spa was definitely the highlight of my stay! My massage therapist, Caesar, was absolutely amazing, one of the best massages I’ve ever had! I would definitely recommend the Mokara Hotel &

The spa is beautiful. However, the ladies showers could use a little more care. A couple of the showers were in need of a good scrubbing and disinfection. I absolutely loved the hotel and sweet room service on my Birthday! Snacks and acknowledgement of my birthday with a slice of cake delivered to my room.

The hotel is really nice. Check in and out is cramped! Little areas for parking while checking in. The restaurants were fantastic on property! Staff was great and helpful but seemed house keeping was short staffed. Biggest problem was the shower! They look great and are clean. The problem is when you shower the tiles were not laid correctly, the water runs on the floor for a heck of a mess to clean up, we used all our towels and then trying to get new ones was an issue! It took forever, finally gave up on house keeping and had them left at front desk so we could enjoy the river walk. Our room was evidently close to where house keeping kept items and all we heard were the slamming or closing of doors. I've traveled extensively and we are always holding the door instead of letting it slam, staff need to be trained! We had a great time in San Antonio but probably will not stay here again, cost is Not Justified! I've / we have stayed in many 5 star properties, this is a heck of a stretch for a 5 star property!

Mokara is a fabulous hotel to stay at if you’re looking for something relaxing, rejuvenating, and a staff that caters to your every need. The spa services were top notch. Jessica was amazing, and I can’t wait to return in the future for another massage and body scrub!
